As we enter the market, get ready to discover some of my favorite market stalls. We’ll kick off the experience by enjoying a cup of coffee, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, or even a traditional ‘vermouth.’

But that’s just the beginning! This tour takes it a step further by allowing you to become part of the culinary adventure. We’re going to do some groceries and taste local ham, cheese and seasonal products. Imagine selecting your very own fresh ingredients—whether it’s local fish, seafood or meat—all for our upcoming tapas lunch.

After gathering our fresh groceries, we’ll head to a traditional Valencian restaurant located conveniently near the market. This little hidden gem will take our market treasures and work their culinary magic. They’ll grill, cook, or fry our groceries into delicious local tapas. We’ll add some other tapas from the restaurant menu to the lunch for the full experience!
